Touch, Taste, Smell and Sound
I tried it and this is what I came up with. Can you guess what it is?
Hard, but smooth, Small in the hand, Rounded edges and flat. Could apply paint and varnish.
It smells of the sea, Salt and seaweed, Crabs crawling over, Slime sticking, Jellyfish nearby and children’s feet.
Click, clack, knocking together, Weighing heavy if gathered in numbers, But no sound if put in a pocket.
This form of note-taking could later be worked on to form a poem.
The object I selected was a pebble. I wonder how many people thought it might be a shell.
